SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At Porter’s Darts & Apparel Designs, I work hard to make sure your custom gear gets to you safely and on time.

Processing Time

Once your final design is approved, your order goes into production with our manufacturer. Please allow 4–6 weeks for manufacturing, plus an additional 1–2 weeks for shipping to me before I send it out to you. I’ll keep you in the loop with updates along the way.

Shipping Methods

I offer both domestic and international shipping via trusted carriers. Shipping times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package right to your doorstep.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any customs fees or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the carrier and do everything we can to make it right.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Porter’s Darts & Apparel Designs, every order is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Because of the personalized nature of our products, I have a strict no-refunds policy.

That said, your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. If your order doesn’t match the agreed-upon specifications, I’ll gladly reprint it at no additional cost to you. I stand by my work and want you to be proud to wear it.

Please note that design fees ($100) are non-refundable as they cover the creative time and custom design work involved in bringing your vision to life.
